Refunds
We will gladly take back or exchange any merchandise as received with original package within 30 days of purchase(From the date products were received, if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and replaced. You need to send back to us the products in original package. When we receive the products sent back exactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you.
What if I have received my parcel, but they were not the goods ordered?
Non-quality Problems: In 14 days, if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. You need to send back to us the products in original package. The products should have not been used. When we receive the products sent back exactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer, the supply shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.

Exchanges and returns:
We will exchange or refund your purchase within 7 days of the original delivery date. The products must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. In order to obtain a return authorization, please contact us. Note All returns and cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless the product (s) defective (hardware and/or manufacturing) or not depending on your order. When the item (s) are faulty or not as ordered we will provide a replacement/repair at no cost to the customer.
